Civic Daze skateboard film was filmed and produced by Plymouth skater Olly Howe and his mates. I lived in Plymouth for a while I kept seeing these guys stickers about the place, so followed their Facebook and all that, and waited for the film to come out. Just after I moved away from Plym they finally finished the film, and had the premiere at the end of last year.
Most of the film is shot around Plymouth, which has a strong skate scene supported by Prime Skatepark and Prime skate shops. The title of the film comes from, probably the most well known skate spot in the city, outside the Civic centre in the middle of Plymouth. It’s easy to tell that this film is the result of a fair few years hard work. You can get more info and grab a copy of the film on the Civic Daze site (click here).
